    Remove existing well pump and replace with a Grundfos SQE series 1 HP 15 GPM soft start variable frequency driven submersible well pump. Remove existing well tank with associated fittings and replace with a stainless steel manifold and a WX102 4.4 gallon well tank. Included is a contingency cost for well pipe replacement. Replace existing 230 V control box with a Grundfos CU301 VFD controller. Replace an estimated 200' of well wire with 110/2 flat jacket wire.
